Responsibilities
- Project Controls Leadership : Establish and manage robust project controls frameworks across all projects.
- Candy Software Expertise : Lead the deployment, training, and optimization of Candy software for estimating, planning, and cost control.
- Commercial Systems Oversight : Drive continuous improvement in commercial systems to support accurate forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of systems with business objectives.
- Data & Reporting : Deliver timely, accurate project performance reports to senior leadership.
- Team Development : Mentor and develop a team of project controls professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
