Job Description
- Conduct purchase request (PR) audits to ensure policy and process compliance
- Generate and process purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner
- Monitor PO status and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on progress and completion
- Assist in sourcing activities and vendor coordination as needed
- Support bid processes, including quotation review and commercial evaluation
- Provide operational support for procurement-related initiatives and requests
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree
- Relevant internship or work experience in procurement or administrative support is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- High proficiency in MS Excel is a minimum requirement
