Project Analyst

Major Responsibilities

• Conduct the fieldwork (site inspections, data gathering, market assessment and other pertinent activities) for the different consultancy projects
• Assist in the preparation of the reports of the different consultancy projects
• Assist in the preparation of the presentation materials for the client presentations of the different consultancy projects
• Coordinate with the Consultancy Manager, Associate Director, Director for sourcing of pertinent information from the different business lines of Santos Knight Frank that can be used in the consultancy projects
• Ensure the proper liquidation of cash advances for the consultancy projects assigned to him/her
