Program/Capabilities Planner

**Description:** This is a hybrid Project Management and Program Planning Role. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program/Capabilities Planner to contribute to the implementation of S4Hana, and future facility capabilities. The candidate will coordinate SWFLANT efforts with the project teams and may be called upon to review functional specifications, creating process plans, and conduct user testing. The candidate will also work closely with other members of the program planning team to coordinate production activities across the facility. Additional responsibilities include:
- The candidate will develop schedules and risk management plans and provide visibility to any obstacles which may hinder production deliveries.
- Generate reports and develop metrics to status performance to leadership. Identify issues and concerns and evaluate impact to operations.
