Program Manager, WHS LMS, Safety Learning and Development

As a Safety Learning and Development (SLeD) Program Manager, you will be the single-threaded leader in North America, responsible for driving Learning Management System (LMS) excellence and training compliance across the region. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing LMS processes, maintaining data integrity, and implementing system-wide efficiencies to support regulatory compliance requirements. This role goes beyond day-to-day coordination; you will be trusted to lead special projects and strategic process improvements in SLeD domain that strengthen content uploads, management, and improve stakeholder visibility.
