Program Manager responsible for leading projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role drives execution, ensures deadlines are met, and delivers data-driven insights through dashboard creation and reporting.
Responsibilities
+ Manage end-to-end projects, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
+ Track progress, mitigate risks, and meet tight deadlines
+ Create and enhance dashboards to monitor KPIs and project performance
+ Provide regular status updates to leadership
+ Partner with engineering teams and support work on the manufacturing floor
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree and 4 to 7 years of experience
+ Strong project or program management background
+ Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
