The vision of the Greater Newark Health Care Coalition (GNHCC) is to ensure that all residents of Newark, East Orange, and Irvington have a fair and just opportunity to achieve their highest level of health. As one of New Jersey’s four not‑for‑profit Regional Health Hubs (RHHs), GNHCC collaborates with clinical and social service partners to improve care coordination and health outcomes for Medicaid beneficiaries. To advance this vision and fulfill its role as an RHH, GNHCC carries out four core functions: convening community stakeholders, collecting and analyzing data, piloting innovative programs, and advancing advocacy and policy.
