Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead and manage multiple concurrent programs, launches, and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risk trackers, and execution frameworks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Drive accountability across stakeholders and proactively follow up on deliverables and dependencies.
Identify operational bottlenecks, escalation risks, and process gaps and work cross-functionally toward resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with operations, training, workforce management, HR, quality, technology, and leadership teams.
Act as the connective bridge between departments to ensure smooth communication flow and execution alignment.
