Seeking a Strategy and program management specialist to support the IAM Chief of Staff and global department. This individual will be responsible for budget, resourcing/hiring needs, departmental communications, talent development, vendor management, executive reporting, and other cross-departmental and cross-divisional programs.



Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

. Supporting Chief of Staff in advancing -year IAM strategy including leading key cross-departmental programs

. Help coordinate budget demand end-to-end in collaboration with SMEs, Sourcing and Finance - Support hiring managers in their recruitment activities

. Provide leadership with transparency and insight into the hiring pipeline and key personnel data points
