Summary:

The main function of a Program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc., or any other non-IT based project.

 

Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Leading complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to closure, collaborating with executive stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.


• Timely Delivery & Execution: Drive progress and ensure on-time delivery across multiple interdependent projects, proactively managing dependencies and risks using tailored project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).


• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report project health with dynamic dashboards and KPIs, providing clear insights on progress, resources, budget, r...
