Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager who will lead the execution of GCash’s app transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive digital product improvements, ensure seamless customer experiences, and support GCash’s mission for financial inclusion.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Lead cross‑functional teams across Digital Experience, Product, Tech, Growth, Design, and Marketing to execute the app transformation roadmap
• Translate product vision into clear projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure app pages and features align with GCash’s goals and customer experience standards
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks across teams
