Program Manager II - Cybersecurity

**What you’ll do:**

Eaton is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to Lead the program management function within the Global Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (COE) at our Pune location. This role will directly lead, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers while driving enterprise-wide product cybersecurity initiatives and transformational process improvements. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, this individual will be accountable for portfolio-level program governance, resource optimization across multiple concurrent initiatives, and establishing best practices that scale across Eaton's Global R&D Engineering organization.
