About the Role

The Client Research & Insights Operations & Program Management team is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Research Operations to support and scale research across multiple product areas and global teams. In this role, you will partner closely with researchers to develop and execute participant recruitment strategies, manage research operations, and ensure high-quality research execution that informs future Salesforce products and customer experiences.

You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, are proactive and adaptable, and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while delivering results at scale.
