Self-Service Knowledge is part of Dynatrace’s Strategic Product Communication solution, transforming knowledge into **strategic, product-aligned assets** that enable customers and teams to learn and solve problems independently, at scale.

As a **Senior Context Engineer (Program Manager)** , you will play a key role in Dynatrace’s **AI-first operating model** . This is a **new and evolving role** , focused on designing and continuously improving the **context layer** that powers AI-driven content systems, self-service knowledge, and internal platforms.
