Program Management Intern

Brief Description: Support the design and delivery of youth development programmes aligned to organisational goals. Assist in research, planning, and evaluation of programme impact. Coordinate stakeholders, manage logistics, and contribute to partnership engagement. Gain exposure to programme strategy, operations, and community outreach while supporting team initiatives and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support volunteer management, which includes recruiting, engagement and coordination
• Assist in planning, coordination, and on-ground programme delivery
• Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes; support data collection and reporting
