Program Director for PLAR Initiative

Lead the Centralized PLAR Platform Initiative at ONCAT as a Program Director. This hybrid role calls for a senior leader with extensive experience in PLAR to drive change across Ontario’s colleges.
Reporting to the President and CEO, you will provide strategic direction for the PLAR initiative, leveraging your extensive academic and administrative experience. Candidates should have a substantial background in Prior Learning Assessment and a proven track record in executing multi-institutional projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and lead efforts in policy development and educational quality assurance.
