Program Associate, Ignite School Transformation Project

The person will be the single point of contact from the Organization with teachers and school management in the assigned partner schools, working with the students to execute the program. Roles & Responsibilities of the Program Associate Work directly with school administrators and staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of School Transformation Program STEM and other modules Deliver the STP program at the schools identified by Bhumi and also work on capacity building of the teachers in the STP education curriculum Collaborate with the school management team and the teachers in collecting program-specific data for MIS Supporting the teachers in the school to plan and prepare timetables for classes in order to achieve program objectives and complete the planned sessions on time Prepare training content and conduct the planned sessions as per schedule Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.
