In Malaysia, this work takes place within a highly regulated education system . Programs do not move forward because they are good ideas. They move forward because someone understands:

• how schools actually make decisions
• how MOE / JPN processes really work (not how they look on paper)
• and how to get many small approvals to land at scale

This role exists to make programs happen on the ground , not to design policy or strategy decks.

What This Role Is

This is a hands‑on delivery and coordination role.
