Professional Services Contact Center Engineer– drives the implementation of RingCentral Contact Center solutions across new deployments and customer projects, ensuring quality service, timely delivery and optimal benefit realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Contact Center project implementation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse customer accounts with minimal supervision.
• Assess solution specifications against customer requirements and recommend design enhancements to maximize value.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines for requirements gathering, configuration, training, testing and production rollout.
• Produce customer‑facing documentation—meeting notes, requirements documents, sign‑off agreements and similar deliverables.
