Production Worker

Mancan is working with a company in Holmesville seeking a general production worker. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance. The pay is $15/hour with a $ attendance incentive for working all scheduled hours during the week. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm for CNC and automatics, 8am-4:30pm for assembly.

As a general production worker, you will be placed in one of three areas: Assembly, CNC Operation, or Automatic Machine Operation. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the efficient and accurate production of parts while maintaining quality standards.

Assembly:
- Work quickly and with attention to detail to assemble components.
- Maintain organization of different sizes of parts and track progress on timesheets.
