Now hiring Production Team Leads for a new 2nd shift for this established manufacturer in Aurora, IL

The Production Team Leads will be a working production operators with leadership responsibilities over the assembly operation. They are responsible for driving safety, quality, associate development, and team engagement.

Responsibilities:

-Managing the line flow by interpreting the production schedule, ensuring inventory components are available, overseeing the expected production rate, and cross-training employees on the line

-Train and mentor production operators

-Perform regular quality checks and troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues

-Operate equipment on the line to assist in bottleneck areas and filling in for employees on vacation 

-Inputting data into MRP and reviewing production paperwork.
