The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing frontline leadership within a designated production area at American Rheinmetall. This hands-on role combines team coordination with active participation in production tasks including welding, machining, and cutting. The Team Lead supports production goals, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

Essential Functions:

Lead and support production staff by providing direction, on-the-job training, and technical guidance to ensure daily objectives are met.

Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to plan and schedule work, allocate labor resources, and address production bottlenecks.
