Production Supervisor

We have a client in Lawrenceville, GA that has an immediate need for a production supervisor to ensure production targets, quality standards and safety protocols are met daily.
• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow. 

• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors’ employees. 

• Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing requirements 

• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards. 

• Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and 

• HS Diploma with 2 – 3 years of work in Manufacturing

• Must have Supervisory experience

• OSHA Safety Certification, Certification in Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM( and Certified Manufacturing ...
