Rogue Fitness is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing Operations team in Columbus, OH. The Production Supervisor is a critical frontline leader on the shop floor, ensuring our teams operate safely, efficiently, and at the world-class quality level that is our standard.
Responsibilities
Directly supervise a department of operators, assemblers, and/or other manufacturing roles, delivering training, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability
Manage the daily production schedule and delegate responsibilities to meet aggressive targets without compromising on quality
Maintain a deep understanding of Rogue product lines and company policies and procedures
Effectively use Google Spreadsheets, MRP/ERP software, and Rogue internal applications to track, analyze, and report on production metrics
