Production Quality Engineer

Responsible in assuring that all parts/components used, processes implemented, and products produced comply with the set Quality Standards and Customer specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts produced on the line are in good quality or conforms to customer requirements
• Provide quality procedure or standards are available and in place to ensure customer requirements are consistently implemented in the line (i.e. PCP, P2, P3, IS, IG etc.)
• Provide judgement criteria for reference on special accepted parts or parts due to appearance issues but no functional effects and have it standardized thru master and/or boundary samples duly signed and aligned across CFT.
• Continuous improvement of QA inspectors thru quality levelling
• Management of QA Manpower (schedule set-up, control and mitigation on absenteeism and tardiness)
