Pay Rate: $17/hr (W2)

Job Summary:

Operate production equipment, follow SOPs, and support manufacturing processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust equipment (coaters, winding, finishing) to maintain product quality


• Inspect, prepare, and package materials as per SOPs


• Build boxes, maintain printers, and manage tools/supplies


• Monitor production schedules and record data (manual & electronic)


• Clean machinery and maintain safe, organized work areas


• Follow safety protocols, identify hazards, and ensure proper waste disposal


• Collaborate with team members to improve quality and efficiency
