Production Operations Lead – GMP & Efficiency Focus

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a qualified candidate for a managerial position focused on manufacturing and production operations in Cagayan de Oro. This role requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, along with 2 years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will set efficiency targets, monitor quality compliance, and manage production teams while ensuring food safety and sanitation. Work schedule is Monday to Saturday with shifting schedule including overtime.
