Role Purpose Statement
- To manage the production of BLE manufacturing process inclusive high /low solvent, effluent, Thermal, Lipico EIE & hydrogeneration plants, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- To lead and coach engineers to continue strike for improvement and BPS implementation

- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource allocation.
