To our greenfield seating manufacturing plant we are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to support plant start-up and lead daily operations in JIT/JIS environment.


This role is responsible for building teams, implementing production processes, and ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set-up, lead and manage daily production operations for seating manufacturing

  • Drive SQCDP performance and achieve production, cost, and efficiency targets

  • Own and improve key KPIs (OEE, scrap, downtime, productivity)

  • Lead Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives

  • Support line balancing, capacity planning, and ramp-up activities

  • Build, develop, and motivate production teams

  • Implement SOPs and daily management routines in a greenfield environment
