Accountable for achieving departmental KPIs in safety, scrap reduction, productivity, on-time delivery, and cost control, while developing a high-performing operations team. Drives performance through Lean manufacturing, KPI management, and strong team leadership. Partners with maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and availability.
