Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and verifying documents, data, and processes during production shifts. You will support shift leads and supervisors to ensure all quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards are followed.
This position reports to the Quality Manager and works closely with Operations, Quality, and EHS teams.
Key Responsibilities
" Enforce Quality, GMP, and Safety policies to meet regulatory and corporate standards
" Support shift teams to achieve safety and quality goals
" Provide in-plant support to operators, mechanics, and leadership
" Conduct routine line walks to ensure compliance and proper documentation
" Monitor and track data for sanitation, process accuracy, and food safety checkpoints (CCP, oPRP)
