Production Line Leader New

The Company

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of engineered industrial products. 

The Role 

As Production Shift/Team Leader you will lead your team to achieve set targets and metrics and look to improve efficiencies.

Duties include:

• Oversee production line/shift teams of between 4 - 10 people.
• Follow the production schedule and report on any problems.
• Lead your team to achieve set volume targets and other metrics.
• Implement lean principles to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Have a strong safety first mindset, be quality focused and productivity focused.

• Demonstrated team leadership experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
