We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to support two key areas: customer/product support and CRM data management . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping systems organized, and learning new products quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer & Product Support (Entry-Level)
- Respond to inbound customer emails, chats, texts, and calls regarding product and order inquiries
- Provide order status updates, warranty details, and basic troubleshooting guidance
- Accurately capture customer concerns and triage/escalate issues or sales opportunities to the appropriate team
- Communicate clearly and professionally while maintaining a friendly, brand-aligned tone
CRM & Customer Data Hygiene
- Maintain and clean customer records across NetSuite (CRM/ERP) and Shopify
