Responsibilities
- Champion process enhancements or enhancing processes for scale.
- Champion after sales support while working with cross‑functional teams from GCash to enable support teams to understand new product launches, marketing promotions and address inquiries.
- Drive process and policies documentation and enhancement based on insights and customer feedback (internal or external).
- Focus on launch readiness of products handled and build and ensure it remains compliant with policies and regulations.
- Ensure high quality product service levels and reporting, i.e., minimize transaction errors and partner reporting issues.
- Coordinate with enterprise sales, commercial enablement, operations, trade assurance, and other teams outside the commercial group (e.g., CXM, Finance, BA, Tech & Ops), either directly or in collaboration with product managers to ensure business objectives are met.
