This is not just an execution role — we need a roadmap builder and strategic thinker who can lead multiple scrum teams and deliver real business value!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and align the Product Roadmap to strategic goals in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead Product Backlog definition working with BAs, Architects, Technologists, and SMEs
• Build and prioritize Product Backlog with business owners and define acceptance criteria
• Write and guide effective user stories and break down MVPs with Business Analysts
• Drive ServiceNow implementation as the voice of the business to the scrum team
• Coach team members new to Scrum and Agile practices
