Product Operations Analyst

About the Role

As a Product Operations Analyst at Acquire BPO for RingCentral, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Product organization. Your mission is to run, maintain, and continuously improve the operational engine for the Product team, ensuring our processes are efficient, our data is accurate, and our teams are aligned to accelerate growth and deliver exceptional products.

Responsibilities

• Own core reporting & analytics: create and deliver recurring product reports and dashboards (weekly metrics, monthly roadmap updates) by gathering data from Tableau, Looker Studio, Salesforce, Jira, and internal databases.
• Manage product roadmap operations: facilitate the roadmap process, update presentations, validate Jira initiatives, and ensure data integrity between roadmap tools and Jira.
