Roles and Responsibilities

Translation of key business objectives (product revenue, profitability, market share), short
long- term strategies into product roadmaps, business cases & execution charters for the
product organization.
Review of the product performance against defined financial, operational , strategic goals, re-alignment of the initiatives , programs as required
Understanding of the sector to build sustainable business models for the envisaged products within the sector
Help in achieving of revenue, profitability, market penetration and customer targets set for the product , sector
Drive execution of short-term and long-term product sales forecast and strategy; recommend pricing and features and product enhancements, marketing strategies and positioning to
increase overall revenue
Lead market research to build understanding of competitive offerings, customer needs and preferences
