- Own portfolio strategy, pricing, lifecycle and key decisions on prioritisation, allocation and rationalisation
- Manage refrigerant portfolios within quota and regulatory constraints
- Support sales and customers on technical and commercial decisions
- Work with operations and supply chain to manage supply risks and continuity
- Ensure products are managed safely, compliantly and responsibly
- Translate regulatory and market changes into clear business actions
- Develop practical guidance to help teams execute consistently
