- Graduate of 4 years Business course
- 3 - 5 yrs experience
- Product knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication to explain product features and benefits. Strong analytical skills to identify product gaps and propose actionable solutions.
- Experience in handling cusomter interactions and resolving product concerns. Relevant experiecne in product management, sales, marketing, or technical support.
Responsibilities
- Product strategy and planning.
- Coordinate with principals / suppliers on new product launches, updates, and regulatory requirement.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge, pricing strategies, and selling tools.
- Monitor sales performance, reagent consumption, and inventory levels for the immuno line.
