About the team
The CRM / Customer Accounts team is a new team that we are building to focus on long term customer retention, our CRM strategy and building out our customer accounts platform. The team will work closely with the marketing CRM team to build a world class platform that delivers customer comms across multiple channels. Alongside that we’ll be building our customer accounts proposition to start creating longer term customer loyalty and features that can only be had when you are logged in.
