Finance Lead III (Product/Circles) Reporting
Job Overview
The Finance Lead III leads a global team responsible for the execution of all activities in the Netherlands, ING Hubs and, if applicable, with SSI partners in India. The role focuses on risk & control activities, strategy implementation, talent empowerment, and cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring that reporting solutions and product roadmaps meet regulatory and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change according to project plans while staying safe, reliable, and compliant on your products and services.
- Communicate actions needed to implement COOF strategy for your product, explaining the relationship to the broader organization’s mission, vision, and values, and motivate people to commit to extraordinary results.
- Take ownership of risk management and follow appropriate procedures to assess and mitigate financial and non‑financial risks.
