Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Responsible for NAND memory DPPM evaluations and Failure Analysis.
• Designing and developing reliability sequences for given technology nodes and executing reliability tests.
• Active involvement in DPPM study, characterization and resolution, electrical failure analysis, screen development, and fab process countermeasures.
• Support R&D, DPPM improvement, test documentation, and NAND device knowledge development.
• Use various bench equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Collaborate with other engineering groups.
