The group is responsible for all aspects of third-party management, including sourcing, risk assessment, contracting, onboarding, monitoring and off-boarding. The team strives to act as trusted, strategic advisors to business leaders across client, by helping them work with third-parties in a way that successfully balances their needs, risk and cost. As the firm s outsourcing needs have increased in volume and complexity, this team s responsibilities have also grown over time.
