Wipro will provide dedicated service personnel who will be graduate and well versed in the IT Procurement processes and vendor coordination with around 2 years of experience. They will operate out of site specified byCUSTOMERin India. Below are the deliverables to be adhered by Procurement & Payment Function Request processing oFollow the standard set process in preparing the purchase orders and adhering to the standards.

oMaintain operating procedures for procure to payment function and support customer to develop customized procedures. oProcess the request received in Maximo/P2P as per the guidelines provided by the CustomerG oGetting vendor quotations and Comparison oThere are certain set of standard supplier for most of the required items, in case of any new products the quotations need to be invited from our regular set of vendors. oPreparing the Vendor Selection Form for quote comparison and getting approval.
