Vacancy Description
- Monitor, record, and maintain accurate inventory levels of all stocks, supplies, and materials
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming items against delivery receipts and purchase orders
- Properly label, store, and organize inventory items in designated storage areas
- Issue stocks to authorized personnel and ensure proper documentation of stock releases
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts (daily, weekly, or monthly) and reconcile discrepancies
- Report inventory shortages, damages, expirations, or overstock to the supervisor immediately
- Maintain updated inventory records using manual logs or inventory management systems
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams regarding stock replenishment needs
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety standards to prevent loss or damage
