Procurement Engineer - MEP

The Procurement Engineer Mechanical is responsible for managing the day-to-day procurement of mechanical and HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, ventilation systems, controls and all related accessories.

The role focuses on preparing RFQs, conducting technical and commercial evaluations and coordinating effectively with Material Engineers, suppliers, Engineering and Site teams. The position ensures timely procurement, full technical compliance and cost control for all mechanical and HVAC packages.

Responsibility

• Execute the procurement of HVAC systems and materials including:
  • Chillers
  • Boiler
  • Pumps
  • Fans
  • Pipes and ducts
  • Other related HVAC components
• Prepare RFQs and RFPs with accurate scope drawings, specifications, BOQs and draft contract documents.
• Coordinate with the Material Engineer on:
  • Material submittals
