Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems & Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations across SAP Business One and our internal procurement system, ISAMS. This is a hands-on coordination role supporting purchasing activity, delivery tracking, and procurement processes across SAP Business One and internal systems.

The focus is on:

• Purchase order processing
• Delivery tracking and expediting
• Supporting procurement systems and reporting

Requirements

• Create and update Purchase Orders in SAP and internal systems
• Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers on overdue items
• Support expediting to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with RFQ administration and recording response
• Maintain accurate procurement data and support product catalogue update
