Procurement Analyst

Position Overview

The Procurement Analyst will be based in Malaysia and report to the Director of Procurement – Food & Beverage, located in Xiamen, China. The role is responsible for strategically sourcing new suppliers while managing the performance of existing suppliers within Food & Beverage and other categories as needed. This is a highly cross‑functional role working closely with Operations, Innovation, Category Management and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage a world‑class supply base based upon 3‑year strategy plans and product roadmap needs.
• Define and implement supplier performance and development strategies, evolving YETI’s supply base to support category growth and manage risk.
• Maintain performance transparency via Supplier Scorecard metrics and Quarterly Business Reviews.
