Process Mining Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver process mining initiatives using Celonis and Microsoft Process Mining (Power Automate Process Mining / Process Advisor), supporting clients across discovery, analysis, and value realization phases.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines for process mining use cases, including data extraction, transformation, enrichment, and loading from enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM, custom applications).
• Work closely with customers to translate business questions and process improvement goals into analytical requirements, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Build process models, variants, performance analyses, conformance checks, and root‑cause analyses tailored to customer‑specific scenarios.
• Develop custom dashboards, reports, and insights that clearly communicate findings to both business and technical stakeholders.
