The Process Manager monitors, controls and engineers to develop robust solutions for our test/manufacturing equipment to perform at optimum level.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure that EMS is equipped with the right tools and knowledge to own the equipment to deliver products in a reliable way.
- Stabilise and Fix - Implement and supervise day‑to‑day engineering activities.
- Execution, monitoring, solving.
- Achieves targets for yield, FPY, cycle time, scrap.
- Approves routine changes; brings up major ones.
- Conducts weekly performance evaluations; ensures SOP compliance.
- Leads builds and DOEs; validates process windows. Equipment reuse.
- Implements PFMEA updates, SPC, DOE, lean or automation projects.
